Privacy
This privacy policy applies to www.tensecondlitterbox.com and other platforms owned by Ace
Innovations, LLC. We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally
identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information
on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you
visited. We record your shipping information, email address and your communications to us. We will
not sell your information to anyone. We do not personally collect or store payment information. If you
choose our membership option and authorized regular purchases your information would only be
stored by the payment processing company to be used as you requested

Refund/Return/Cancellation
Our customer’s experience important to us and we want you to be happy with the products we offer. If
you are not satisfied with our product simply return it to us within 10 business days and we will refund
your purchase price. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of
purchase. We do not pay for shipping of return items.

Shipping/Delivery
Orders are shipped within two business days of the order. We typically use UPS Ground and ship to the
48 contiguous United States but may use the best available carrier. Shipping time is usually 1-4 business
days, depending upon the distance from the Dallas Texas area. Additional charges apply when shipping
to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, Puerto Rico, and FPO. Please call for shipping information outside of the 48
contiguous United States.

Security
We take reasonable precautions for protection of your personal information. Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
and other security technology is used to provide security to data and purchase information. SSL is the
industry standard and is among the best software available for secure commerce transactions.
